Working principle: The all stainless steel vacuum pressure gauge measures pressure based on the principle of elastic deformation of elastic components (such as spring tubes, corrugated tubes, etc.) under pressure. When the pressure of the measured medium acts on the elastic element, the elastic element will deform, and this deformation is converted into the rotation of the pointer through the transmission mechanism, thereby indicating the corresponding pressure value on the dial. When measuring vacuum degree, the elastic element undergoes deformation opposite to positive pressure under negative pressure, and the pointer is also driven by the transmission mechanism to indicate the magnitude of the vacuum degree.
Structural features: Its structure mainly includes a stainless steel shell, dial, pointer, elastic element, and connecting joint. The shell is made of all stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance and can adapt to various harsh working environments, such as those containing corrosive gases or liquids. The dial is marked with a scale, used to visually read pressure or vacuum values.
