The "Filial Piety Across the Land - Huacheng Teaching and Propagation One-Year Lecturer Training Program" was successfully held at our company.
In the month of September in Huzhou, the gentle breeze caressed the face. The third lesson of the "Filial Piety Across the Land - Huacheng Teaching and Propagation One-Year Lecturer Training Program", which lasted for five days and four nights, was successfully held and concluded successfully at our company. Participants from all over the country gathered together, with the theme of "Huzhou Teaching - Huacheng in Action", jointly completing a deep practice on the inheritance of traditional culture and the mission of lecturers. This training program conducted immersive learning through diversified teaching forms such as lecturer lectures, practical teaching by participants, cultural study and visiting, classic reading, and group learning and discussion.
On the first day of the training, Teacher Lv Mingliang opened the first lesson with the title "My Huacheng Teaching Journey". Teacher Lv, by recounting his own experiences, systematically explained the core connotation of "Huacheng" education: first, the principles in the classics are internalized and manifested in oneself, then it can be talked about as "transforming others".
The fundamental of teaching lies in "transforming oneself first, then transforming others". On that day, the course started from the origin of the character "transform", clearly defining that cultural lecturers are not only the disseminators of cultural knowledge, but also the practitioners of the spirit of excellent traditional Chinese culture. They influence the audience through their life state rather than mere knowledge indoctrination. Turning the principles into daily life can achieve the integration of knowledge and action.
In the evening, there was a group discussion session. Each group conducted internal rehearsals in different venues, and the participants initially gave short lectures based on what they had learned, identifying problems and adjusting expressions in time through mutual evaluation within the group, preparing for the formal lecture the next day.
Practical training: Promote learning through teaching, conduct lecturer trial lecture training
On the second day of the training, the focus shifted to practical ability training. The entire day was centered around the lecturer trial lecture. The trainees were divided into four groups: Completion Group, Teaching Group, Huacheng Group, and Diligent Practice Group. They took the stage in turn. Based on their own understanding of Huacheng thought and excellent traditional Chinese culture, they presented on-site teaching demonstrations.
Through a whole-day high-intensity practical exercise and targeted feedback, there was a clearer direction for teaching well, and the gains far exceeded expectations.
On the third day of the training, it was a study visit day. In the morning, the trainees collectively went to the Jiaxing South Lake Revolutionary Memorial Hall to pay homage to the Red Boat on South Lake and retrace the history of the founding of the Party, feeling the faith power of the revolutionary predecessors. In the afternoon, the trainees visited the Jiashan Museum and the Wefan Memorial Park. At the Jiashan Museum, the trainees learned about the development history of local culture; at the Wefan Memorial Park, they combined the classic content of "Wefan Four Precepts" to conduct on-site experience and understand Yuan Wefan's self-cultivation practice of "reforming, accumulating kindness, and being humble", fully integrating book knowledge with real-life experience, deepening their understanding of "integration of knowledge and action".
Excellent teachers' lectures, strengthening classics and fundamental cultivation
On September 20th, Zhiran Teacher did not pile up difficult concepts of ancient classics, but instead, he told the story with numerous vivid and real real-life cases, guiding the trainees to get out of the obsession with the past and anxiety about the future. He explained that "living in the present" in the context of traditional culture is not the casual indulgence and immediate pleasure as understood in the mundane world, but rather, with a sense of reverence and gratitude, calmly doing the current affairs and treating the current people well. On September 21st, Teacher Hongyi delivered a special lecture titled "Wholeheartedness Can Transform", concluding the course. The lecture delved deeply into the classic "The Book of Mencius", explaining the intrinsic connection between the principle of "moderation" and the education of "transformation". Wholeheartedness is the inherent characteristic of heaven and earth; pursuing wholeheartedness is the path of human cultivation. The contemporary transformation of the concept of "moderation" lies in its practical application; cultivating virtue, promoting filial piety, and managing business are all ways to practice the principle. The true principle is not hidden in books or detached from reality; it is embodied in every word and deed.
A successful conclusion, ready for the next step
As the training program reached its final stage, General Manager Zhou Chunlong attended the closing ceremony and shared his learning experiences over the past few days.
In his speech, the General Manager deeply explained the profound connection between corporate culture construction and traditional Chinese culture through practical measures. He traced the company's development history and recounted the original intentions on the journey of entrepreneurship and development. One after another, the practical matters and past events vividly demonstrated the original vision of the company to continuously promote the culture of filial piety and build a cultural communication platform, allowing the participants and teachers to have a more comprehensive and profound understanding of the purpose of this training program.
The General Manager said: There are two things in the world that are most worth sharing. One is knowledge, and the other is love. Sharing knowledge allows you to learn more and more; the more love you share, the more love you will receive.
After the sharing, the General Manager led all the participants and teachers to visit the production area of the company.

Cultural inheritance is not academic knowledge from books, nor is it stage performance. It requires a batch after a batch of grassroots practitioners to transform the wisdom of the classics into life wisdom that the masses can understand and apply. The road ahead is long and arduous; the inheritance of traditional culture must be done by someone. This is what "Zhaocai Chantian" means - using life to inspire life and using actions to pass on the principle.
In the future, our company will deeply focus on the construction of the "Zhaocai Chantian" system, together with all the lecturers and colleagues, to inspire people through actions and convey the principle, jointly promoting the implementation and rooting of traditional Chinese culture. We will also continuously integrate the values of filial piety, commitment, and kindness into the company's management, talent cultivation, and social responsibility practices.
