The Second Phase of the Charity Activity of the Qicheng City Guoxue Research Association in the Hongqi Instrument Summer Camp
In order to inherit the excellent traditional Chinese culture and deepen the young children's understanding of the national culture, and to truly care about the growth of the children of enterprise employees during their holidays, from August 12th to 14th, the second phase of the "Inheriting Guoxue Culture to Nurture Children's Hearts, and Bringing Family Culture to Promote Growth" charity activity of the Qicheng City Guoxue Research Association was successfully held at our company. This public welfare charity activity was open to the children of enterprise employees for free, and was fully taught by the teaching team of the Qicheng City Guoxue Research Association. Moving the traditional culture classroom to the side of the employees and bringing the wisdom of Chinese traditional culture to every child. The three-day enriching time created a Chinese culture growth journey with both knowledge density and warmth for the children.

The three-day course content was rich and diverse, covering expression ability, safety education, spinal health care, family tradition inheritance, Chinese character culture, handicrafts, etiquette, etc. Each lecturer customized immersive and interesting classes for the children based on their own professional background:
Zheng Jia lecturer brought the courses "Impromptu Speech" and "Protecting Eyes for Brightness". Using interactive games to guide children to speak boldly, explaining the basic skills of impromptu expression, teaching them how to clarify their thoughts and bravely express their inner feelings. From the initial shyness and restraint to raising hands to try to speak, the children gradually broke through themselves and broke the psychological barriers of being afraid of going on stage. In the "Protecting Eyes for Brightness" course, focusing on the protection of teenagers' eyesight, she led the children to self-test daily eye-habits on the screen and taught them practical methods for scientific eye use and eye relaxation. The children learned eye protection tips and realized the significance of protecting their eyes.

Chen Meigeo lecturer brought the safety education course "Forest Fire Prevention". The course vividly explained the great harm of forest fires, popularized precautions for outdoor fire prevention, and taught children the basic knowledge of handling fire situations. The safety knowledge took root in the children's hearts, and after class, many children expressed that they would consciously protect the mountains and forests, remember the importance of forest fire prevention, and also remind their families to pay attention to fire safety.
"Spinal Health": As the instructor of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation physiotherapist, Fu Honglian lecturer, from her professional background, explained the importance of spinal protection, corrected everyone's wrong sitting postures such as bending over and crossing legs. She also taught a set of several-minute relaxation exercises for the spine, allowing the children to stretch their bodies at any time during the break.

Zhejiang Provincial Intangible Cultural Heritage Craftsman and the of the Qicheng City Guoxue Research Association's teaching team, Zheng Xiaohong lecturer brought the special class "Chinese Good Family Traditions". The teacher told the stories of family traditions of figures, interpreted the principles behind traditional family teachings. Guiding children to actively share their own "small rules" of the family, many children stood up to tell the etiquette taught by their elders, and the classroom was filled with warmth.
Company Chairman Zhou Fanglong, who is also a lecturer of the Qicheng City Guoxue Research Association, personally taught the children the class "The Origin of Chinese Characters". Starting from the origin of Chinese characters, through three aspects of people, animals, and plants, she explained the wisdom hidden in each character. For example, the "豕" under the character "家" represents the pig in the family, containing the ancient people's beautiful expectations for a prosperous life. Combining Chinese character culture with the principles of being a person. The children listened attentively and were amazed at the profoundness of Chinese characters.
Chen Furuang lecturer brought the class "Sign Language Dance: Bearing Virtue and Accommodating Things". Accompanied by the melodious music, the teacher led the children to learn sign language dance. Through the movements in each step, they understood the meaning of "Bearing Virtue and Accommodating Things", and learned the beautiful virtues of kindness, tolerance, and generosity. The children felt the moral education through the rhythm and passed on kindness through sign language, receiving spiritual nourishment.
Zhang Jianling lecturer's "Breaking Down the Walls in Thinking" used small stories to tell children that happiness comes from what they think and imagine, leading children to see the invisible thinking shackles in their hearts and establish a growth mindset. Encourage children to bravely break their own limitations and face challenges in study and life with a positive attitude. The classroom interaction was lively.
Teacher Fu Honglian brought the interesting handicraft class "Twist Rod". In the class, children created by themselves, exerted their imagination, and made their own small works with twist rods. The process of hands-on practice exercised children's concentration and creativity. Seeing the handmade works they completed themselves, children's faces were filled with a sense of achievement, experiencing the joy of hands-on creation.
Lecturer Zhang Jianya explained "Confucianism Etiquette", covering multiple dimensions such as personal etiquette, family etiquette, social etiquette, and online etiquette. Through on-site demonstrations and interactive exercises, children could perceive the elegance of traditional culture in every move. Afterward, children actively handed tea to their elders and massaged their backs, applying the classroom content of "good family traditions" to daily actions.

Two-way reflection: The joint growth of children and lecturers
During the three-day class, surprises of growth could be seen everywhere: Children who originally sat at the back of the classroom and dared not speak could actively stand on the platform to share the small stories of Chinese characters they had learned; After returning home, children actively handed tea to their elders and massaged their backs, applying the classroom content of "good family traditions" to daily actions.
Mutual enlightenment: The joint growth of children and lecturers
At the end of the three-day Confucian studies, children held a solemn and warm graduation ceremony. All participants sat neatly and jointly looked back on this充实 summer camp time. The representative of outstanding students stood up one by one, sharing their learning gains and expressing the mental growth and inner reflections during these days. The ceremony set up an awarding session, and all teaching staff and the company's chairman jointly awarded honor certificates to outstanding students, and each heavy certificate was an encouragement for the mental growth of the young people.
Chairman Zhou Fanglong said that the moment when the lecturer stood on the podium to explain Chinese characters to the children's children of the employees was more meaningful than any business meeting. Seeing the curiosity in the children's eyes for traditional culture was the most precious outcome of this activity; As an enterprise leader, helping the employees' children apply the Confucian principles, positive thinking, and family tradition concepts learned in the course to their families and schools, and integrating the values of gratitude, courtesy, and kindness into every word and action.
Other lecturers also received a lot of touching emotions, and many mentioned: The pure curiosity of the children, in turn, also made them have a deeper understanding of the significance of the inheritance of traditional culture.

This in-depth collaboration between the Yicheng City Confucian Studies Association and our company has behind it a double responsibility and warmth:
For the Yicheng City Confucian Studies Association, every practice of sinking public welfare Confucian resources to grassroots families breaks the distance of traditional culture and enables ordinary employees' children to have close contact with high-quality Confucian content such as intangible cultural heritage, family traditions, and Chinese characters, planting the seed of cultural confidence in children's hearts.
The enterprise also always believes that this is an extension of the "people-oriented" corporate culture and a vivid practice of corporate care for the families of employees. At the same time, using "harmony and culture" to connect the harmony of each small family, ultimately converging into the cohesion of the "big family" of the enterprise, achieving the original intention of "harmony and culture accompany growth".
This three-day Confucian journey finally came to an end with a group photo of all teachers and students, and the kindness and strength nourished by Confucianism will continue to ferment in the growth of children. The young people have aspirations, and the future is promising. This warm study journey will become a precious growth memory for children during their holidays.
