At present, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has announced that it has recently dispatched a front-end working group in Shanghai to promote the stable production and resumption of production in key industrial enterprises, ensure the smooth operation of the industrial chain and supply chain, and focus resources on priority protection of integrated circuits, automobile manufacturing, equipment manufacturing, biomedicine and other key points 666 key enterprises in the industry resumed work and production.

The Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology announced the "Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Epidemic Prevention and Control of Industrial Enterprises Resuming Work and Production in Shanghai (First Edition)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Guidelines"). 21 measures in five areas: employee management, strengthening logistics management and stockpiling of anti-epidemic materials, making emergency response plans and work guarantees ensure the safety and stability of the industrial chain and supply chain.

The "Guidelines" emphasize that enterprises should set up special classes for epidemic prevention and control and production and operation, so as to ensure that "people are on duty, vehicles are active, and epidemic prevention is good" in core key positions and links; Enterprises must not resume work and production. At the same time, all district governments, streets, towns, and parks are required to actively support the resumption of work and production of enterprises, guide enterprises to "one enterprise, one policy", and effectively do a good job in epidemic prevention and control.
