As a pressure gauge widely used in industry, stainless steel pressure gauges have shown their excellent performance. In some special work situations, stainless steel pressure gauges can not only better measure the pressure, but also prolong the service life of the instrument, reduce the cost and replace the frequency of the instrument.
For the user, in addition to paying attention to the reasonable selection, it is necessary to regularly check the stainless steel pressure gauge. In the verification work, the problem of indication tolerance is more common. In response to such problems, adjustments need to be made in time to restore good pressure measurement performance. So how do you adjust it? It should be noted that in the adjustment, it is necessary to analyze the specific anomalies and take targeted measures.
For example, in the process of testing stainless steel pressure gauges, it was found that the excess values of each verification point were consistent. Then, after the boosting, the pointer can be reinstalled at the verification point other than the zero point to calibrate the indication value. If the difference is a linear error, then when the error is gradually increased, the indication adjustment screw needs to be moved outward to increase the arm length; otherwise, it is moved inward to reduce the arm length.
At the same time, we may also encounter such a problem, that is, during the verification of the stainless steel pressure gauge, it is found that the indication value is too fast (positive error) and then slow (negative error). Turn the movement counterclockwise to enlarge the angle between the tie rod and the sector gear; otherwise, turn the movement clockwise to reduce the angle. After adjustment, the error is linear, and then the indication adjustment screw can be moved.
If after adjusting the stainless steel pressure gauge several times, there is still a problem of the back and forth difference, and the pointer does not return to the zero position, the spring tube may be deformed and need to be replaced. In addition, after the adjustment is completed, the components of the stainless steel pressure gauge should be reassembled and retested according to the verification procedures.
