Stainless Steel Diaphragm Pressure Gauge Stainless Steel Diaphragm Pressure Gauge

stainless-steel-1

Stainless steel Diaphragm Pressure Gauge Stainless steel diaphragm pressure gauge is an instrument used to measure the pressure of special media. Here is a detailed introduction:
structural principle
Using an indirect measurement structure, when the pressure of the measuring medium acts on the diaphragm, the diaphragm deforms, compresses the sealing liquid inside, and forms a pressure similar to the pressure of the measuring medium. This pressure is transmitted to the pressure instrument, thereby displaying the pressure value of the measured medium.

Main Features
Strong corrosion resistance: The diaphragm material can be selected from 316, 316L, Hastelloy C, Monel alloy, tantalum alloy, fluoroplastic, etc., which can adapt to various highly corrosive media such as chlorine gas, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, etc.
Suitable for special media: Suitable for measuring the pressure of media with high viscosity, easy crystallization, easy solidification, and solid particles, as well as situations where it is necessary to avoid direct entry of the measuring medium into the pressure instrument and prevent sediment accumulation and easy cleaning.

Temperature influence: Due to the thermal expansion of the sealing liquid and the relationship between the stiffness of the diaphragm and temperature, a certain error may occur when the operating temperature deviates from 20 ℃± 5 ℃. Generally, the temperature error of the compressed part is not greater than 0.1%/℃.
Overload protection: Some models have high overload safety performance, and some can withstand overload pressure up to 5 or even 10 times the full range.
Technical Specifications
Accuracy level: generally ± 1.6%, ± 2.5%.
Measurement range: The threaded interface type has a wide measurement range, such as -0.1~0MPa, 0~0.16MPa to 0~40MPa, etc; The measurement range of open protruding flange type is generally -0.1~0MPa, 0~0.16MPa to 0~10MPa.
Isolator materials: including acid resistant stainless steel, molybdenum containing stainless steel, fluoroplastics, etc.
Sealing gasket material: commonly used nitrile rubber and fluoroplastic.
Sealing fluid: mostly silicone oil and vegetable oil.
Application field
Mainly used in industrial sectors such as petroleum, chemical, synthetic fiber, dyeing, pharmaceuticals, alkali production, food, etc., to measure the pressure of fluid media during the production process.
