If the products produced are corrosive, they should use corrosion-resistant pressure gauges. If the working environment is vibrating, use a shock-resistant pressure gauge. When purchasing, you should use a regular manufacturer, pay attention to the type of pressure gauge, measurement range, accuracy grade, installation method, etc. Daily maintenance should be done as follows: First, the dial glass should be bright and clear, and the indicated pressure value can be correctly displayed. The glass of the dial is broken or blurred and should be removed before the repair and verification can be used. We often encounter in daily verification. The dial of the pressure gauge sent by the enterprise is unclear and full of oil. At this time, our verification personnel must wipe it clean before it can be verified. Second, the company should always check whether the pressure gauge pointer rotation and fluctuation are normal, and check whether the cock on the connecting pipe is fully open. Third, the connection pipe of the pressure gauge should be periodically purged to avoid blockage. Fourth, it is necessary to periodically check that the pressure gauge in use should be checked once every six months. If it is used frequently, the enterprise and the measurement department should determine the verification cycle reasonably. It can only be installed and used after passing the verification. It should be stopped immediately after the expiration.
