1. Preparation
(1) Connect the pressure sensor of the rear cover of the precision digital pressure gauge to the system to be tested with a vacuum rubber tube of φ4.5-φ6 mm inner diameter.
(2) Connect the power socket of the rear cover of the instrument to the 220v power supply.
(3) Turn on the power switch, at this time the instrument is in the initial state, preheating for 2 minutes.
2. Operation steps
(1) Pre-pressure and airtight parts inspection: Slowly pressurize to full scale, observe the change of digital pressure gauge value. If the displayed value is stable within 1 minute, the sensor and its system under test have no leakage. After confirming that there is no leakage, the pressure is released to zero, and the pre-pressing is repeated 2-3 times in the full range before the formal measurement is made.
(2) Zero reset: Relieve pressure to zero, make the pressure sensor open to the atmosphere, press the reset key to eliminate the zero drift of the instrument system. The display shows “0000”.
Note: Although the instrument has a fine zero compensation, the drift inherent in the sensor itself (such as time drift) cannot be processed. Therefore, the zero reset operation must be performed before each test to ensure the accuracy of the measured pressure value. .
(3) Test: After the instrument is reset to zero, the system under test is turned on. At this time, the meter displays the pressure value of the system under test.
(4) Shutdown: first depressurize the system under test, then turn off the power switch.
