
Axial electric contact pressure gauge is a pressure measurement and control instrument used in industrial fields such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power station, machinery, mining, and electromechanical equipment. This product measures the pressure of gases, liquids, or vapors that are non corrosive to copper and copper alloys, and works in conjunction with electrical components to achieve automatic control and alarm functions for preset pressure values. When the pressure reaches the set value, a signal is sent or the control circuit is turned on or off.

The instrument consists of a measuring system, an indicating device, a magneto electric contact device, a housing, an adjusting device, and a junction box (plug socket). It drives the pointer to indicate pressure through the deformation of a spring tube and triggers the contact control circuit. The contact device adopts adjustable permanent magnetic steel to enhance the reliability of the contact, reduce the influence of vibration or pressure pulsation, and has the characteristics of resistance to medium pulsation, impact load, and environmental vibration. The technical parameters include a pressure range of -0.1~160MPa and an accuracy level of 1.6. Its shock resistant model is suitable for environments with severe vibrations, and can withstand medium pulsation, impact, and sudden unloading.
