The electric remote transmission pressure gauge (mainstream model YTZ resistance remote transmission pressure gauge) integrates on-site pointer display and remote transmission of electrical signals. It is equipped with a spring tube pressure measuring mechanism and a sliding line resistance transmission module, which converts the medium pressure into a resistance/4-20mA standard electrical signal and transmits it remotely to the secondary instrument and PLC/DCS system in the control room, achieving centralized monitoring and automation control. At the same time, the dial can be read intuitively on site.
During operation, the medium pressure causes the spring tube to deform, driving the pointer to indicate locally; The shaft synchronously drives the sliding resistance brush, and the pressure change is converted into a linear resistance/current signal for wired remote transmission. Divided into resistance remote transmission, differential 4-20mA, shock resistance, diaphragm, digital remote transmission and other types, it is widely used in industrial pipelines and equipment such as water supply, HVAC, chemical, power, metallurgy, etc. It measures non corrosive gas, liquid, and steam pressure, has advantages such as on-site reading even in power outage, adaptability to industrial control systems, and optional anti vibration. The conventional accuracy is 1.6 level, and the working environment is -40~60 ℃.
