Double Pointer And Double Pipe Pressure Gauge

Measurement function
Double pointer dual tube pressure gauge:
It is possible to measure and display two different pressure values simultaneously. Two pointers indicate different pressure levels on the dial, and the dual tube is connected to two different pressure sources, allowing it to monitor two pressure related parameters simultaneously. For example, in some complex industrial pipeline systems, it may be necessary to simultaneously monitor the input pressure and output pressure of the liquid inside the pipeline, and a dual pointer dual tube pressure gauge can well meet this requirement.
Structural Design
Double pointer dual tube pressure gauge:
The structure is more complex. It has two independent pressure sensing elements, each connected to two pipelines, and each pressure sensing element drives a pointer. The design of the dial will also be more complex, as it needs to be able to clearly display the readings of two pointers and distinguish the pressure channels represented by the two pointers.

Application scenarios
Double pointer dual tube pressure gauge:
Mainly used for industrial environments with complex pressure changes that require simultaneous comparison of two pressure states. In the process of chemical production, for the pressure monitoring of the inlet and outlet of some reaction vessels, dual pointer and dual tube pressure gauges can display the pressure changes of the feed and discharge in real time, helping operators better control the production process and ensure that the reaction is carried out under appropriate pressure conditions.
Accuracy and Calibration
Double pointer dual tube pressure gauge:
Two pressure sensing channels need to be calibrated separately to ensure the accuracy of the two pointers. Moreover, due to its complex structure, there may be mutual interference between the two pointers and the pipeline. Therefore, in application scenarios that require high accuracy, the requirements for calibration and maintenance are also higher.
