4. Precautions before physical examination:
1. Three days before the physical examination, you should pay attention to a balanced diet. If you need to do a fecal occult blood test, you need a vegetarian diet, and avoid eating blood products, animal offal, spinach, etc.
2. The day before the physical examination, eat a light diet, do not drink alcohol, drink strong tea and coffee, and do not take drugs that damage liver and kidney function (except antihypertensive drugs and hypoglycemic drugs), fast after ten o'clock in the evening; pay attention to rest, avoid Excessive fatigue, strenuous exercise and emotional agitation, so as not to affect the results of the physical examination.
3. On the morning of the physical examination, fasting, no water, blood drawing, liver, gallbladder B-ultrasound, and carbon-14 examination must be performed on an empty stomach; if the bladder, prostate, uterus, and appendix B are done over time, do not urinate; if there is no urine, you need to drink water until Bladder full. If you have chronic diseases such as diabetes, coronary heart disease, high blood pressure, etc., please take the medicine normally (a small amount of water) and inform your doctor.
