Bottom Connection Pressure Type Thermometer
This thermometer measures temperature by the change in pressure generated by the temperature-sensing medium (usually liquid or gas) in the temperature envelope as the temperature changes. It usually consists of a temperature envelope, a capillary tube and a spring-tube manometer. The temperature packet directly contacts the measured medium to feel the temperature change, and the temperature sensing medium in the temperature packet converts the temperature change into pressure change, which is transmitted to the spring tube manometer through the capillary tube, and the pointer of the manometer indicates the corresponding temperature value.
The measurement accuracy is generally at class 1.0, 1.5 or 2.5.
Class 1.0 accuracy means that in the full scale range, the measurement error does not exceed ±1.0% of the full scale; The accuracy error of class 1.5 does not exceed ±1.5% of the full scale; Class 2.5 accuracy error does not exceed ±2.5% of full scale.
The bottom-connected pressure thermometer has the characteristics of simple structure, high reliability, wide measurement range, etc., and is widely used in industrial production temperature measurement, especially in some occasions that need to measure and control temperature from a distance.
