From October 13 to 16, it was organized by the Thermal Technical Committee of the Central and South National Metrology and Testing Center, the Thermal Engineering Institute of Hubei Research Institute of Metrology and Testing Technology, the Thermal Engineering Institute of Hunan Research Institute of Metrology and Testing, the Mechanics Institute of Guangxi Research Institute of Metrology and Testing, the Thermal Engineering Institute of Henan Research Institute of Metrology and Testing, and the Metrology Service Enterprise Office. The "2024 Pressure gauge Maintenance Training of Central and South China National Metrology Test Center" organized by our company was successfully held in Changxing.
The training attracted more than 90 students from all over the country to gather together to learn the professional knowledge of pressure measurement and the verification and repair technology of pressure gauges.
On the morning of the 14th, the students first systematically learned the basic knowledge of pressure measurement and the national verification regulations of JJG52-2013 general pressure gauges, and the verification regulations of JJG(CR)193-2017 special pressure gauges for rolling stock. Through the teacher's simple explanation, the students have a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the pressure gauge.
In the afternoon, Zhou Chunlong, general manager of the company, warmly welcomed the arrival of leaders, teachers and students, and personally led all the training class personnel to visit the company's production line, explaining the company's production and operation, technological innovation, corporate culture and other content.
Through the field visit, the students understood the production process of the pressure gauge, and had a more intuitive understanding of the performance and quality of the product.
Subsequently, the training class arranged 8 experienced staff technicians of the company on-site demonstration. Technicians with rich experience and superb skills, for the students to show the pressure gauge assembly, debugging and other links of the overhaul process, each step is explained in detail.
The students said that through the technician's demonstration, they more intuitively understand the difficulties, key points and error-prone points in the maintenance process.
Under the guidance of technicians, the students also carried out hands-on practice. They constantly summarize their experience and improve their skill level in practice. Through practice, the students not only consolidated the knowledge they had learned, but also mastered the methods and skills in actual operation.
The pressure gauge maintenance training course of the Central and South China National Measurement and Testing Center not only provides a platform for students to learn and exchange, but also further promotes the popularization and improvement of pressure gauge maintenance technology. The students said that through this training, they benefited a lot, not only in-depth understanding of the pressure gauge production process, but also learn to master practical maintenance skills, broaden their horizons and ideas.
