Tri-Clamp Connection Diaphragm Pressure Gauge

Tri-Clamp Connection Diaphragm Pressure Gauge, also known as the clamp connection diaphragm pressure gauge, is a type of diaphragm pressure gauge that adopts a clamp quick-installation connection method. It features easy disassembly and assembly, is easy to clean and maintain, and is widely used in industries with high hygiene requirements. Here is a detailed introduction:

Structural Features: The clamp diaphragm pressure gauge consists of a general-purpose pressure instrument and a sanitary clamp. The diaphragm material is typically 316 or 316L stainless steel, and the flange material is also mostly 316 or 316L. The sealing ring material can be selected from silicone rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene, etc.

Advantages of Connection Method: The clamp connection is a quick-installation type, featuring rapid disassembly and assembly, facilitating cleaning and disinfection, and allowing for zero-dead-angle cleaning. It is particularly suitable for applications that require frequent disassembly and cleaning.

Main Technical Parameters: The measurement range is usually between 0 and 40 bar, with vacuum and compound ranges also available; the accuracy class can reach ±1.0%; the main body material of the diaphragm pressure gauge is generally 316L stainless steel, and the clamp sizes come in various specifications such as 1", 1.5", 2", etc., compatible with multiple pipe standards including DIN 32676 and ISO 2852.

Application Fields: It is mainly used in the food, pharmaceutical, drinking water, water treatment, and other industries where there are hygiene requirements for instruments, and it can meet the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for pharmaceutical production.
