At 10:44 on June 5, 2022 Beijing time, the Shenzhou 14 manned spacecraft was successfully launched. Before the launch of Shenzhou 14, Shenzhou 15 was ready at Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center. "If Shenzhou 14 fails and cannot return, a rescue spacecraft must be launched in an emergency to bring the astronauts back to the ground. After the Shenzhou 15 spacecraft has successfully achieved an autonomous rapid rendezvous and docking, the three astronauts Chen Dong, Liu Yang, and Cai Xuzhe will enter the Sky and core cabin.
The Shenzhou 14 manned spacecraft adopted the autonomous rapid rendezvous and docking mode. After 6 autonomous orbit changes, it successfully docked at the radial port of the Tianhe core module.
After Shen XIV successfully docked with the space station, the astronaut crew entered the orbital module from the return capsule. After completing all preparations according to the procedure, Chen Dong opened the door of the Tianhe core module, and astronauts Chen Dong, Liu Yang, and Cai Xuzhe entered the Tianhe core module in turn.
The Shenzhou 14 astronaut crew, who have been stationed in the Tianhe core module of the space station, successfully opened the door of the Tianzhou 4 cargo cabin. After completing the environmental inspection and other preparations, it successfully entered the Tianzhou-4 cargo spacecraft. Next, the astronaut crew will also enter the Tianzhou-3 cargo spacecraft. In the follow-up, the astronaut crew will carry out related work such as cargo transfer as planned.
The space trio will "travel" in space for up to 6 months. And need to install and debug the corresponding test equipment, as well as a number of space experiment tasks. I wish them all the best, peace and triumph.
