On March 13th, with the spring breeze blowing and the grass growing, the world was filled with vitality. On this beautiful day, we celebrated the 33rd anniversary of the establishment of our company. To commemorate this significant occasion, both the Leqing and Changxing companies organized activities separately. The employees in both places ran to celebrate the company's birthday, jointly showcasing the spirit of hard work and perseverance.

The 33rd Anniversary Celebration of Hongqi Instrumentation and the First (Simulation) Marathon successfully concluded
The spring breeze caressed the face, and the grass swayed. In the early morning of March 13th, Leqing's Qinghe Park was already bustling with people and fluttering with colorful flags. Hongqi Instrumentation Co., Ltd. welcomed its 33rd anniversary celebration and successfully held the first (simulation) marathon. All employees and social sports enthusiasts gathered here, running to pay tribute to the years and showcasing the spirit of hard work and perseverance. They jointly initiated a passionate and warm sports feast. This event was hosted by Hongqi Instrumentation Co., Ltd., guided by the Licheng Town Workers' Union, and co-organized by the Licheng County Confucian Studies Association. This event set up multiple groups including 5 kilometers, 10 kilometers, 15 kilometers, half marathon, 33 kilometers, and full marathon, without considering results or rankings, only emphasizing completion and participation. Every runner could enjoy the joy of sports. All the participating materials and finisher materials for this event were provided by the company.
At 6:00 am, registration began. At 6:30 am, the solemn and lively atmosphere of the event kicked off. The Party Secretary and Vice Chairman of the Licheng Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, Lin Xiu, the Deputy Secretary and Vice Chairman of the Licheng Town Party Committee, Chen Tonggui, and the President of the Licheng Town Federation of Trade Unions, Chen Zun策, etc., arrived at the scene and witnessed this important moment together with the chairman of Hongqi Instrumentation, Zhou Fanglong, the general manager, Zhou Chunlong, and all the participating runners.
Chairman Zhou Fanglong delivered a speech, reviewing the 33-year journey of Hongqi Instrumentation, which was full of ups and downs, from zero to something, from small to large, from weak to strong. Every step of Hongqi Instrumentation was inseparable from the guidance of the Party and state policies, the support of all sectors of society, and the perseverance and hard work of all employees. More importantly, it was also inseparable from that "not afraid of difficulties" enterprise spirit.
Then, Party Secretary and Vice Chairman of the Licheng Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, Lin Xiu, delivered a speech. He highly praised the achievements of Hongqi Instrumentation over 33 years of development and affirmed the enterprise's dedication to the real industry and concern for employees. He also expressed that the trade union would continue to support the enterprise's cultural and sports construction and encourage everyone to hone their bodies through running and integrate the spirit of striving into work and life.
Secretary Lin Xiu also particularly mentioned that in 2024, the Hongqi Instrumentation Company Running Team was awarded the Workers' Interest Group of the Zhejiang Provincial Federation of Trade Unions. This was a vivid achievement of the trade union's support for the enterprise's cultural and sports construction. He encouraged everyone to transform the competitive spirit on the track into the motivation for creating achievements and write their own chapters of striving.
As a seasoned runner, General Manager Zhou Chunlong gave a professional running marathon briefing, explaining from pre-race dynamic stretching, starting control speed, pace following, to the standardization of the supply stations, emergency handling during the race, and post-race recovery, detailing the various aspects from the beginning to the end of the marathon. He emphasized that the finish line of the marathon is not crossing the finish line, but returning safely home. The Licheng Town Federation of Trade Unions President, Chen Zun策, fired the starting gun, and the runners set off one after another, running freely along the beautiful track of Qinghe Park, becoming a beautiful sight in the spring.
On the track, some runners had steady steps, aiming for the full marathon; some ran together, chatting while running, with laughter filling the entire route. The pace controllers strictly followed their own time pace, moving in unison, steadily leading everyone along the rhythm. Runners waved their hands or encouraged each other, their faces full of ease and joy. This event specially invited a professional photography team to record the moments of the race through aerial photography and on-track follow-up. Multiple shooting points were set up on the race track, and whenever the runners passed by, everyone waved their hands and smiled brightly, freezing their most beautiful and confident postures in front of the camera. Every bit of love and persistence was clearly preserved.

Behind the running crowd, there was also a group of people who always waited silently. At five o'clock in the morning, the logistics team members arrived at the event location early and busily began to handle the logistical support for this event. Volunteers had already set out sports drinks, mineral water, bread, and various fruits, as well as energy gels and salt pills, and they handed out the supplies with smiling faces to the runners. At every intersection, volunteers held signs to indicate the running direction for the runners. Volunteers provided all-round attentive service and enthusiastic guidance, fully ensuring that the athletes were energetic and could run with peace of mind. They were the warmest backbones of this event.
As time passed, the runners gradually completed the race. At the moment of crossing the finish line, everyone couldn't hide their inner excitement and joy. Some ran with all their might, raising their arms and cheering; some walked hand in hand, smiling and crossing the finish line; some gently touched their chests and cheered for themselves for persisting until the end.

The post-race supplies were even more sincere. Fried noodles, lotus seed jelly, dumplings, and other special delicacies were steaming and fragrant, allowing the finishers to feast and open their appetites, instantly dispelling fatigue. Many runners after the race also gave feedback that the logistical support was meticulous and detailed, the volunteer service was warm and heartwarming, the supplies were rich and delicious, and the overall experience was full of excitement!
33 years of wind and rain, 33 years of passing on the torch. This simulated marathon is not only a heartfelt tribute to the 33-year journey of striving, but also a vivid practice of the enterprise's commitment to fitness and the dissemination of the health concept. It is also the perfect integration of corporate culture and sports spirit.

To celebrate this special day, Longxing Company organized a long-distance running event with the theme of "Chasing dreams for 33 years, running towards the future", using footsteps to measure the journey of striving, and using sweat to cultivate beautiful visions.

In the company's gate in the early morning, many enthusiastic employees had already gathered. A total of 160 employees signed up to participate in this event, and they gathered together to celebrate the company with running. With a command, everyone stood up energetically and gracefully and rushed out of the starting point, starting this extraordinary running.
Whether it was a 5-kilometer experience run or a challenging long-distance running, every participant used their actions to interpret the spirit of persistence and struggle. Notably, a total of 29 employees completed more than 33 kilometers, using their indomitable will to present a special gift to the company's 33rd birthday.
