In the early morning, drizzling rain, the staff of Hongqi Instrument in Yueqing Shengli Tang Park were enthusiastic. After the bus arrived, everyone quickly packed their equipment, their eyes filled with excitement and anticipation. At 7 o'clock, Chairman Zhou Fanglong delivered a speech, thanking the employees for their hard work in the past year. He called 32 years a journey of struggle and encouraged everyone to uphold the spirit of innovation and progress to explore the future. At the same time, he reminded everyone to pay attention to safety when running in the rain.
Subsequently, the employees put on raincoats and set off neatly under the sound of hunting flags. The drizzle rustled on the raincoat, as if playing a unique melody. Everyone starts the journey according to the predetermined mileage: the three kilometer group has light steps, the five kilometer group has strong steps, the ten kilometer and fifteen kilometer runners gradually widen the distance with perseverance, and the brave warriors who challenge the twenty-one kilometer and thirty-two kilometer groups fearlessly move forward. Throughout the process, everyone encourages each other. When colleagues are tired, the encouraging looks and words always help them to pick themselves up.
Colleagues who challenged 32 kilometers became the focus, circling the park multiple times. Each lap was a test of their body and willpower, but they remained determined to move forward. As the runner approached the finish line, colleagues gathered around and cheered for him. In this long-distance race, 55 employees registered, 10 completed the 32 kilometer race, and 8 completed the half marathon, achieving remarkable results.
At the end of the run, everyone went to dinner with joy and exhaustion. The tent was filled with laughter and joy, sharing the details of the long run together and raising a glass to send blessings to the company.
On the same day, the Changxing factory area was also bustling with activity, with 137 employees actively participating in long-distance running. General Manager Zhou Chunlong gave a speech, reviewing the 32 year journey of the company and emphasizing the importance of employee companionship and support. He pointed out that this event is a celebration of the company's development and an advocacy for a healthy lifestyle, encouraging everyone to enjoy the joy and challenges of a marathon.
The command sounded, and the long-distance running team surged out of the starting point like a tide, dressed in uniform sportswear and shouting the loud slogan of "extraordinary appearance, consistent appearance and interior", becoming a beautiful scenery in spring. Despite the chill of spring, everyone's enthusiasm remained undiminished, with firm and confident steps, encouraging each other or sprinting alone. In the end, 18 people completed the full marathon, 25 people ran 32 kilometers, 19 people completed half marathon, and 40 people participated in the 8-15 kilometer short distance race, breaking the company's long-distance running record.
