Precautions for installation of stainless steel shock resistant pressure gauges:
1. The ambient temperature of the instrument shall be -40~70℃, and the relative humidity shall not be more than 80%. If the deviation from the normal operating temperature is 20 and 5℃, additional temperature error shall be included.
2. The instrument must be installed vertically to keep the same level with the measuring point. If the difference is too high and the additional error caused by the liquid column is included, the gas measurement need not be considered. Install the rear of the case explosion - proof mouth block, so as not to affect the explosion - proof performance.
3. Measuring range for normal use of the instrument: no more than 3/4 of the upper limit under static pressure and no more than 2/3 of the upper limit under fluctuation. Under the above two pressure conditions, the measuring low of the large pressure gauge should not be less than 1/3 of the lower limit, and the vacuum part should be fully used when measuring the vacuum.
4. In case of instrument pointer failure, internal mechanism looseness, and failure to work properly, please check and repair, or contact the manufacturer for maintenance.
5. The instrument should avoid vibration and collision to avoid damage.
6. Please indicate: instrument model and name when ordering; The measuring range of the instrument; The accuracy level of the instrument deviates from the positive packing requirements and others.
7. Stainless steel shockproof pressure gauges are not suitable for strong oxidizer environment such as oxygen, chlorine, nitric acid and hydrogen chloride.
