Nitrogen Pressure Reducers Are Mainly Used As Pressure Control Devices For Nitrogen Media

NITROGEN-PRESSURE-REDUCER

1, Core functions
High pressure decompression: Reduce the high pressure (usually 15-30MPa) of gas cylinders/pipelines to low pressure (commonly 0.1-1MPa), suitable for industrial, laboratory and other working conditions.
Stable output: When the inlet pressure fluctuates or the downstream flow rate changes, it automatically maintains stable outlet pressure to avoid pressure drift.
Safety protection: Preventing overpressure from damaging pipelines, valves, or instruments is a critical safety component of high-pressure nitrogen systems.
Accurate adjustment: By adjusting the pressure knob, the output pressure can be precisely set to meet the requirements of precision process control.
2, Structural composition
High pressure inlet: connected to nitrogen gas cylinders or high-pressure pipelines, with standard interfaces such as G5/8 ".
Pressure gauge: Dual gauge design - the high pressure gauge displays the pressure inside the bottle, and the low pressure gauge displays the output pressure.
Pressure regulating knob: clockwise pressure increase, counterclockwise pressure decrease, with built-in spring and diaphragm/piston sensing control.
Low pressure outlet: connected to gas equipment, equipped with sealed joints to prevent leakage.
Valve body: Made of brass or stainless steel, corrosion-resistant, suitable for high-purity/industrial nitrogen gas.
3, Working principle
Through diaphragm/piston sensing and spring balancing mechanism: high-pressure gas is depressurized through the throttle port, and the diaphragm senses the outlet pressure and balances it with the pressure regulating spring force, automatically adjusting the valve core opening to maintain a constant output pressure; Divided into single-stage (economical, suitable for general working conditions) and two-stage (high-precision, suitable for low-pressure stability requirements).
4, Application scenarios
Industry: chemical, metallurgical, heat treatment, welding protection gas, pipeline blowing.
Laboratory: Gas chromatography, mass spectrometry, reactor protection, inert atmosphere control.
Electronics: semiconductor packaging, chip manufacturing, nitrogen packaging for oxidation prevention.
Medical/Food: Packaging inflation, preservation, and maintenance of sterile environment.
