Liquid Filled Elctrical Contact Manometer

Structural composition
It mainly consists of pressure-sensitive components (usually elastic components such as spring tubes), liquid filling parts, electrical contact devices, etc. The liquid filling part is an important feature, and the liquid generally plays a role in transmitting pressure and damping, for example, it can be filled with liquid such as silicone oil.
The electric contact device is used to achieve the on/off of the circuit when the pressure reaches the set value, so as to send signals for control or alarm operations.
working principle
When the measured pressure is applied to the pressure-sensitive element, the elastic element will deform. This deformation transmits pressure uniformly through a liquid filled medium (liquid).
As the pressure changes, when the pre-set pressure value of the electrical contact is reached, the electrical contact will close or open the circuit. For example, in an industrial pressure control system, when the pressure exceeds the upper limit set value, the electrical contact closes and sends a signal to the control system. The control system can take corresponding measures such as opening the safety valve or adjusting the operating status of the pressure pump.

Application scenarios
Industrial field: used for monitoring and controlling fluid pressure in pipelines during chemical production processes. In refineries, precise measurement and control of the pressure in crude oil pipelines are carried out to prevent accidents such as pipeline rupture caused by excessive pressure.
Power industry: In the cooling system of generator sets, the pressure of the cooling medium is measured to ensure the normal operation of the cooling system. If the pressure of the cooling medium is abnormal, the electrical contact will send a signal to remind the staff to hand
