2025 Skills Competition

In order to deeply practice the spirit of craftsmanship, stimulate employees' enthusiasm for learning technology, practicing skills, and strengthening skills, and create a high-quality industrial worker team that adapts to the development of enterprises in the new era, the company's 2025 instrument and meter installation and adjustment skills competition kicked off on June 27th.

This event is jointly organized by the company's administration and union committee, and co organized by the production department, technology department, quality department, and other departments. 24 technical experts from the front line of the workshop compete on the same stage, showcasing the professional style of industrial workers in the new era.
For the first time in this skills competition, a theoretical examination section has been added, covering basic knowledge such as instrumentation technology, operating standards, professional ethics, safety and environmental protection.

The practical competition focuses on skill level, requiring contestants to complete the calibration of the pressure gauge within a specified time. The judges will give a comprehensive score based on factors such as completion efficiency and product qualification rate.
On the field, the contestants held their breath and operated skillfully, demonstrating a craftsman attitude of striving for excellence in every step.
After the competition, Vice President of Administration of the company, Xi Lianyong, pointed out in his concluding speech that the design of the competition system for this skills competition is in line with the national vocational skill level recognition standards, and conforms to the general norms of various skills competitions organized by relevant government departments, providing a valuable opportunity for everyone to experience and improve their vocational skills. This skills competition is not only a test of the theoretical knowledge and skill level of the employee team's pressure gauge, but also an important practice for the construction and reform of the industrial worker team (industrial reform). We hope that all employees will take this opportunity to focus on ordinary positions, continuously improve their vocational skills, and create value and contribute to the development of the enterprise and social progress.

Subsequently, the chief referee announced the competition results on site, and Vice President Xi presented honor certificates and prize money to the winning contestants.
