How To Adjust The Vibration Resistance Pressure Gauge

The shockproof pressure gauge is suitable for measuring the pressure of liquid, gas, steam and other media in places with severe vibration. The outer shell is a gas-tight structure, which can effectively protect the internal parts from environmental impact and pollution intrusion. The instrument filled with damping liquid (usually silicone oil or glycerin) in the shell can resist the vibration of the working environment and reduce the pulsation effect of the medium pressure

1. Operating environment The shockproof pressure gauge is most suitable for use in an environment with a temperature of -40 to 70 ° C and a humidity of about 80%. If there is a deviation in the environment, the environmental deviation should be added to the calculation, and it is best to keep the humidity stable.

2. Installation requirements It should be installed vertically, the inclination is generally not more than 30 °, and strive to maintain the same level with the measurement point, so as not to bring indication errors. After installation, you must verify whether the installation is correct. Under no pressure, observe whether the pointer is at the zero position or close to the disc nail, otherwise you need to reinstall.

3. Attention to measurement Before use, check the parts of the seismic pressure gauge. If it is loose, stop using it immediately. When in use, slowly open the valve and measure the ambient pressure to avoid uncontrolled operation and damage the shock-resistant pressure gauge.

4. Maintenance after use After use, the pressure should be slowly released, otherwise the pointer of the pressure gauge will suddenly drop to zero and the pointer will be damaged. In daily use, daily inspection and maintenance are still required. Once any abnormality is found, it should be returned to the factory for repair.

5. Storage environment The seismic pressure gauge should be placed in a dust-proof, dry, non-corrosive environment during daily storage. Avoid multiple movements and reduce vibration and collision of shock-resistant pressure gauges, thus causing damage to the pressure gauges.
