Core Accuracy and Measurement Performance
High Accuracy Grade: It offers two accuracy grades, 0.25 grade (high precision) and 0.4 grade (standard precision), with small measurement errors, meeting the requirements of metrological calibration and strict process monitoring.
Wide Measurement Range: The measurement range includes -0.1 to 0 MPa vacuum range and 0 to 0.1 MPa to 0 to 60 MPa pressure range, suitable for various industrial pressure measurement scenarios.
Multi-Unit Compatibility: The dial supports multiple unit markings such as MPa, psi, and bar. It has a standard radial installation, with an M20×1.5 threaded connection, compatible with international projects and on-site installation habits.

Anti-Vibration Stability and Protective Design
Liquid-Filled Damping Anti-Vibration: The case is filled with silicone oil/glycerin and equipped with a buffer device to suppress vibration and medium pulsation, withstanding shock and sudden unloading. Airtight Protection: The case has an airtight structure, dustproof and waterproof, with some models reaching IP55 protection, protecting internal components and suitable for outdoor and humid environments.
Strong Environmental Adaptability: The operating temperature range is -40°C to +65°C, and the relative humidity is ≤90%. When the temperature deviates from 20±5°C, the additional error is ≤0.4%/10°C, adapting to complex working conditions.

Material and Structural Quality
All Stainless Steel Components (BF Type): The case, connection, spring tube (316L), and movement are all made of stainless steel, resistant to corrosion, wear, and aging, suitable for corrosive media (excluding copper alloy prohibited media).
Dial and Pointer: Tempered glass dial cover with a mirror ring for clear and wear-resistant readings; 65Mo manganese steel pointer with sharp edges, indicating accurately and resistant to deformation. Some models come with a double-layer mirror and zero adjustment device.
Safety and Durability: It has an internal rubber explosion-proof diaphragm for automatic pressure relief in case of overpressure. The pressure transmission components are made with silver soldering technology, and the elastic elements are specially treated for stable and reliable performance.
