Core Design and Safety Features
Ammonia Media Compatibility: It uses materials without copper or copper alloys (such as alloy steel joints and alloy spring tubes), avoiding the explosion risk that may occur when ammonia comes into contact with copper. A yellow horizontal line is painted below the scale as a dedicated warning mark.
Reliable Structure: It consists of a pressure transmission system, gear transmission mechanism, indication device, and sealed housing. The housing has good air tightness, preventing environmental contaminants from entering and protecting the internal components. Some models have a protection level of IP55.
Convenient Installation: It is typically installed radially, with standard M20×1.5 thread joints that fit most industrial equipment interfaces, allowing for direct installation and use.

Precise Measurement and Adaptability
Accuracy Class: Commonly available in 1.6 or 2.5 grades, with strict measurement error control, meeting the precise monitoring requirements for ammonia pressure in industrial production.
Diverse Ranges: The measurement range covers vacuum to high pressure, such as -0.1 to 0 MPa, 0 to 0.16 MPa, and up to 0 to 6 MPa, among others, suitable for ammonia pressure measurement under different working conditions.
Strong Environmental Adaptability: The operating temperature range is -40°C to 70°C, with a relative humidity not exceeding 90%. When the temperature deviates from 20±5°C, the additional error does not exceed 0.4%/10°C, capable of handling complex working conditions.
Material and Durability
Component Materials: The case is mostly made of ordinary steel or black-plastic-coated ST13, the joints are of alloy steel or 45# carbon steel, and the spring tube is made of 316L and other corrosion-resistant alloy materials, ensuring long-term stable use and preventing ammonia medium corrosion.
Clear Dial: It features a tempered glass dial for clear reading, capable of withstanding certain impacts and vibrations, extending the service life.
Application Scenarios
It is mainly used for measuring the pressure of ammonia liquid, gas, or mixtures in equipment during the fertilizer production process and in refrigeration systems. It can also measure the pressure of media that do not corrode ordinary carbon steel, austenitic stainless steel, etc., and are non-crystalline solidifying.
