On May 17-18, the Party branch and trade union of Hongqi Instrument Co., Ltd. carefully organized a two-day and one night trip to Mount Putuo to help busy employees relax and unwind. Chairman Zhou Fanglong, Executive Vice President Zhou Yuping, Party Branch Secretary Chen Furong, and more than 80 employees embarked on this highly anticipated journey together.
First stop: Dongsha
At 7am on the 17th, two tourist buses loaded with laughter and joy headed towards their destination on time. Along the way, everyone excitedly shared their longing for Mount Putuo or gazed at the scenery speeding by outside the window, filled with anticipation for the unknown journey. The scenery outside the car window constantly changes like a painting scroll, as if foreshadowing the excitement of this trip.
At noon, everyone successfully arrived at Zhujiajian in Zhoushan. After lunch, this relaxing journey officially kicked off. In the afternoon, guided by the tour guide, everyone first arrived at Dongsha. The vast beach was like a golden ribbon winding along the beach, shining with charming light under the sunshine. The waves rhythmically beat against the beach, splashing crystal clear water.
The workers rushed to the beach eagerly, some walking barefoot on the beach, feeling the softness of fine sand passing between their toes; Some excitedly chased after the waves, emitting bursts of cheerful laughter; Some use cameras to capture these beautiful moments. Everyone can fully enjoy the unique comfort and leisure of this seaside, and forget about the fatigue of work.
Second stop: Wushi Gravel Beach
Later, everyone arrived at Wushi Gravel Beach, which was covered with shiny black pebbles of various shapes, shining with a unique luster under the erosion of the waves. The workers strolled among them, listening to the crisp sound of waves colliding with rocks, as if it were a beautiful melody played by nature. Everyone either bent down to choose their favorite stones, or sat by the shore, quietly enjoying the unique scenery in front of them, and their bodies and minds were greatly relaxed at this moment.
After dinner, everyone welcomed their free time. Some people choose to take a walk along the seaside, feeling the tranquility and mystery of the sea at night; Some people sat together, sharing interesting stories from their journey, and laughter echoed in the night.
Third stop: Mount Putuo
At 6:30 am on the 18th, everyone departed with high spirits and took a cruise ship to Mount Putuo. Ascending Mount Putuo, this mysterious and sacred island seems to have an intangible power that instantly immerses everyone in a solemn atmosphere. Under the guidance of the tour guide, everyone first arrived at Guanyin Mountain and climbed up the winding mountain road. Along the way, ancient trees were towering and peaceful.
When they reached the mountaintop, a magnificent statue of Guanyin came into view. Everyone looked up at this solemn and sacred Buddha statue, and a sense of awe surged in their hearts. They devoutly prayed for the safety of their families and the prosperity of their company.
Subsequently, everyone arrived at Puji Temple, a historic ancient temple with red walls and black tiles, solemn and dignified. The temple is bustling with incense and the fragrance of Buddha lingers. The employees visited every hall with reverence, experiencing the profoundness of Buddhist culture and receiving a deep baptism of their souls.
Fourth stop: Xishan Scenic Area
Finally, everyone arrived at Xishan Scenic Area. The rocks here are rugged and the scenery is beautiful. Each stone has a unique story, and the tour guide provided detailed explanations for each attraction. Not only did everyone appreciate the beautiful scenery, but they also learned about the cultural heritage behind it.
The two-day and one night trip to Mount Putuo came to an end with fulfillment and joy. This trip not only allowed the employees to relax and appreciate the magnificent scenery of Mount Putuo and the charm of Buddhist culture in their busy work, but also enhanced their friendship through mutual communication and companionship. Through this team building activity, Hongqi Instrument Co., Ltd. has further enhanced the cohesion and centripetal force of the team, and improved the sense of belonging among employees.
