After more than a month of intense competition, our company's 2021 9th "One Specialty, Multiple Skills" Skills Competition completed all the scheduled competitions. On the afternoon of November 29, the award ceremony was held in the lobby of the company's No. 5 plant. This year's competition, from the setting of competition items to the number of participants, set the highest ever. The competition items are divided into three categories: individual individual skill competition, individual "one specialization and multiple abilities" competition, and "passing band 1+1 combination" competition, with a total of 8 competitions. Participating work types include welding, assembly, calibration, packaging, labeling, joint processing, etc. Among them, the labeling in the assembly workshop and the joint processing in the machining workshop are included in the competition for the first time. A total of more than 70 masters from various workshops signed up for this tournament.
