Explosion-proof pressure switch overhaul
1 Open the wiring chamber end cover, check whether the terminal screw is complete, whether the bolt is deformed, and whether the terminal base has cracks.

3 Check whether the components are intact and complete. Check whether the transformer, contactor or relay coil, voltage (current) transformer is burnt, whether there is crack in the isolation switch casing, whether the contact has been burnt by the arc, and whether the wire is complete.
4 Power on, further electrical maintenance of the switch.
5 When the power is on and over, the components are sensitive and the test action is sensitive and reliable, in line with the manufacturer's regulations.
6 Check the synchronism of the vacuum contactor.
7 Check that the coil temperature of the transformer and various contactors or relays is normal.
8 Check if the display of the switch is normal.
9 Check the ground screw of the switch to meet the switch maintenance standards.
10 Use a multimeter to measure the load side voltage.
