The dual scale buckle pressure gauge is a pressure measuring instrument that combines the core advantages of convenient installation and dual unit reading. Based on the pressure detection principle of universal pressure gauges, it is optimized and designed for fast assembly and multi scenario unit adaptation requirements. It is widely used in pressure monitoring scenarios such as industrial production, equipment maintenance, and civilian equipment.
Its core features can be summarized as the following three points:
Dual scale dial design: The dial is marked with two sets of internationally recognized pressure units (commonly combined as MPa/psi, bar/kgf/cm ², kPa/psi, etc.), without the need for manual conversion, and can directly adapt to the pressure parameter reading habits of domestic and foreign equipment, solving the problem of cumbersome conversion of a single unit pressure gauge in cross scenario use and improving reading efficiency.
Snap on installation structure: using a quick snap on connection method instead of traditional thread or flange fixation. During installation, the device interface can be precisely clamped with the reserved snap on to fix it. When disassembling, only a light press of the snap on is needed to quickly remove it, greatly reducing assembly time. It is especially suitable for scenarios that require frequent maintenance and replacement of instruments (such as pneumatic tools, small hydraulic equipment, and mobile detection devices).

Universal compatibility and reliability performance: The measurement range covers low to medium high pressure (common ranges include 0-1MPa, 0-10bar, 0-150psi, etc., which can be customized according to needs), and the accuracy level is mainly 1.6 level (full range allowable error ± 1.6%). Some industrial grade products can reach 1.0 level, meeting the measurement accuracy requirements of most scenarios; The shell is mostly made of impact resistant plastic or stainless steel material, and the dial is equipped with anti fog glass, which has a certain degree of dust and vibration resistance and is suitable for various indoor and outdoor working environments.
