Application Of Pressure Gauge

An instrument for measuring fluid pressure. The measured pressure is usually compared with a reference pressure (such as atmospheric pressure or other given pressure), so that the relative pressure or pressure difference is measured. According to different working principles, it can be divided into three types: liquid column type, elastic type and sensor type. Liquid column type, such as U tube manometer, discharge tube manometer, etc., is based on the hydrostatic principle of the pressure signal into the liquid column height signal, often using water, alcohol or mercury as the pressure measurement medium. The elastic type, such as the pressure gauge of the baoden tube, converts the pressure signal into the mechanical deformation of the elastic element, and outputs the signal by means of the deflection of the pointer. Such manometers are often used in industrial systems. The principle of pressure sensor is to change the pressure signal into some kind of electrical signal, such as strain type, which leads to the change of resistance through the deformation of elastic element. Piezoelectric, piezoelectric effect, etc. Liquid column manometer has simple structure, high sensitivity and accuracy, and is often used to correct other kinds of manometers. The elastic manometer is easy to use and has a wide range of pressure measurement. All kinds of pressure sensors can be miniaturized, more accurate and rapid measurement, especially can measure dynamic pressure, realize multi-point circuit detection, signal conversion, long-distance transmission, computer connection, timely processing, etc., so it has been rapidly developed and widely used.
