Corrosion protection of the outer casing:
1. The environment is corrosive. It is recommended to use a stainless steel casing or casing to spray PTFE to extend the service life of the pressure gauge.
2, the use of high ambient humidity recommended shell to improve the degree of protection, to prevent external moisture into the table, improve the life of the pressure gauge.
Corrosion part of the wetted parts:
1. For general corrosive media, if the stainless steel elastic component can withstand corrosion for 1 to 2 years, a general stainless steel pressure gauge can be used. When installing, the pressure guiding pipe should be short. If necessary, the buffer coil should be changed to a buffer tank to prevent impurities. Blocked.
2. If the medium is corrosive to stainless steel and copper, the buffer tank can be changed to an isolation tank and a corrosion-resistant spacer liquid can be added. The type of liquid barrier can be selected according to the nature of the medium to be tested, but it is better to use it for more than half a year. If ordinary spacer liquid is not applicable, chlorofluorocarbon oil can be used as the isolation liquid, but the price is very expensive, so the isolation tank should be made small, and the fluorine oil should be recycled and reused during disassembly and assembly.
3. Diaphragm type pressure gauge can be used. At present, there are molybdenum-containing stainless steel, Hastelloy and buckwheat. The pressure between the diaphragm and the ballistic tube is transmitted by methyl silicone oil. The minimum range can be 0~100kPa, if the diaphragm material is still If it is not resistant to corrosion, a layer of F46 (polyfluoroethylene) film can be added, but the instrument sensitive bottom is reduced. F46 can also be used directly as the isolation diaphragm, but attention should be paid to the permeability of the medium. Fluorine oil can be selected for the high temperature and oil-free medium transfer liquid.
