function characteristics
Pressure and vacuum measurement: capable of measuring both pressure and vacuum pressure simultaneously, covering a wide measurement range from below atmospheric pressure (vacuum) to above atmospheric pressure. This makes it suitable for various industrial processes and equipment that require precise measurement of different pressure states, such as measuring vacuum degree in vacuum coating equipment and measuring steam pressure in steam boilers.
Electrical contact function: This is a key feature of the instrument. Electric contacts consist of adjustable pointers and fixed contacts, and users can set the upper and lower limits of pressure or vacuum degree according to their actual needs. When the measured pressure or vacuum degree reaches the set limit, the electrical contact will close or disconnect the circuit, thereby emitting an electrical signal. This electrical signal can be used as a control signal to transmit to other devices, such as controllers, relays, etc., to achieve automatic control of related equipment or trigger alarm devices to remind

Operators to take timely measures.
Working principle
Principle of pressure measurement: Based on the deformation characteristics of elastic elements (such as spring tubes, corrugated tubes, etc.) under pressure. When the measured pressure is applied to the elastic element, the elastic element will undergo corresponding elastic deformation, which is converted into the rotation of the pointer on the dial through the transmission mechanism, thereby indicating the pressure value.
Vacuum measurement principle: Similar to pressure measurement principle, but in this case, the elastic element deforms under the action of vacuum degree (negative pressure). The higher the vacuum degree, the greater the deformation of the elastic element, and the more accurate the vacuum degree value indicated by the pointer on the dial.
Working principle of electrical contacts: When the pointer rotates to the set electrical contact position with changes in pressure or vacuum, the circuit between the electrical contacts will be connected or disconnected. For example, when the pressure rises to the upper limit set value, the circuit corresponding to the upper limit electrical contact is connected, which can trigger the corresponding control action; When the pressure drops to the lower limit set value, the lower limit electrical contact will act.

application area
Chemical industry: used for pressure and vacuum monitoring of various chemical reaction vessels, ensuring that reactions occur within a safe pressure range and preventing accidents caused by high pressure or low vacuum.
In the petroleum industry, pressure and vacuum are monitored on equipment such as distillation towers and pressure reducing towers during the petroleum refining process to optimize production processes and ensure product quality.
Power industry: used for measuring the pressure and vacuum degree of equipment such as steam turbines and condensers in power plants to ensure the normal operation and efficiency of the equipment.
Pharmaceutical industry: In the process of drug production, precise control of pressure and vacuum degree is carried out in processes such as vacuum drying and high-pressure sterilization to ensure that drug quality meets standards.
