Air pressure reducer is one of the auxiliary units of pneumatic unit combination instrument. It adjusts the air source from the air compressor to the required pressure value for pressure regulation, to provide air source for various pneumatic instruments and other pneumatic equipment.

Air depressor: When 0.3 ~ 1.0MPa compressed air is input, enter the filter air chamber (A) for water, oil and dust removal. As the elastic force of the given spring pushes the ball valve open, the air pressure flows through the ball valve into the output pipe and into the feedback chamber (B) through the small hole, where the force of the air pressure acting on the diaphragm is balanced with the force of the given spring.

This product is used to reduce the high pressure inside the gas cylinder to make the gas usable. Widely applied in those industries such as welding, cutting and so on, the product can keep stable output pressure when input pressure and outlet flow change.
