Working principle:

The pressure gauge through the elastic deformation of the sensitive element in the table -- bourdon tube, through the conversion mechanism of the movement in the table, the elastic deformation of the bourdon tube is converted into rotary movement, causing the pointer to deflector to display the pressure.

Bourdon tube is divided into C - type pipe, coil reed pipe, spiral pipe and other types.Generally using cold hardening type material (commonly used material is copper alloy), in the annealing state has high plasticity, after cold work hardening and qualitative treatment to obtain high elasticity and strength.

The c-type bourdon tube sensor section is elliptical, and the pressure of the measuring medium acts on the inner side of the bourdon tube, so that the ellipse section of the Bourdon tube tends to be circular.Due to the small deformation of bourdon tube, a certain ring stress is formed.The ring stress causes the Bourdon tube to extend outward.Since the head of an elastic bourdon tube is not fixed, a small deformation occurs.

Installation mode:

Precautions for use:

1) The working pressure is appropriate to use 1/3 ~ 2/3 of the full range, and the highest range shall not exceed 3/4 of the full scale.

2) The verification cycle is generally not more than half a year, the pressure measurement part of the medium fluctuation, frequent use, high accuracy requirements, and strict requirements for safety factors, the verification cycle can be appropriately shortened according to the specific situation.

3) The working environment should be free of corrosive gas.
