Working Pressure Range

For standard 304 / 316L stainless steel diaphragm body flange: 0 ~ 60MPa

Low pressure: 0～0.6MPa, 0～1.6MPa (food, water treatment and general chemical)

Medium pressure: 0～2.5MPa, 0～10MPa (general chemical, paper-making)

High pressure: 0～16MPa, 0～25MPa, 0～60MPa (petroleum, high-pressure process)

Notes:

The actual pressure resistance depends on flange size, wall thickness, sealing structure and material.

It can work under negative pressure up to -0.1MPa (vacuum).

The maximum allowable working pressure will decrease under high temperature conditions.
