Structural principle:
The instrument is composed of measuring system (including connectors, bellows, etc.), transmission mechanism (including rod pulling mechanism, gear transmission mechanism), indicating components (including pointer and dial) and housing (including case, liner and glass). The working principle of the instrument is based on the fact that the free end of the corrugated bellows produces corresponding elastic deformation under the pressure of the measured medium, which is then transmitted and amplified by the gear transmission mechanism, and the measured value is indicated on the dial one by one by the pointer fixed on the gear shaft. There is also a zero-adjusting device, which can easily adjust the zero position.
The measuring range of capsule pressure gauge is - 80~60000 Pa, but different capsule pressure gauges should be selected according to different pressure ranges. When the pressure is - 1000 Pa~60000 Pa, it is recommended to select the disc capsule pressure gauge. If the pressure is - 80 Pa, it is recommended to select the rectangular capsule pressure gauge.
