Thunder rumbled, drums beat loudly. On April 24th, the 2026 Office Marketing Conference was grandly held at Changxing Company. Supervisors from all offices gathered together to review their past achievements, commend advanced models, and jointly draw up a development blueprint.

Hu Chaosheng from the Wuxi Office, Liang Huibin from the Shijiazhuang Office, He Bowen from the Zhengzhou Office, and 10 other key personnel were awarded "Outstanding Employee of 2025". The company's vice general manager Yi Yibing and sales vice general manager Li Pingye presented the awards on their behalf, and the supervisors of each office accepted the awards on their behalf.

He emphasized that all colleagues must think together, work together, and move forward simultaneously. The soft and hard aspects are like the two wheels of a vehicle, must move forward synchronously. He used the word "demand" as a philosophical explanation, encouraging everyone to move forward together and through continuous efforts over the course of five or ten years, to stand at the top of the Chinese pressure gauge industry.
