Stainless steel diaphragm pressure gauge is a miniature pressure gauge with high corrosion resistance. It was developed based on the structure of a universal diaphragm pressure gauge. The pressure guidance system and housing are made of stainless steel. This product is used to measure the micro-pressure and negative pressure in the process with high requirements on corrosion resistance. It can also be used for furnace ventilation, gas pipes, combustion equipment and other similar equipment.

Structural principle

The stainless steel diaphragm pressure consists of a measurement system (including joints, capsules, etc.), an indicating device and a housing. The pressure guidance system and housing are made of stainless steel. This product has a sealed structure that prevents dust from entering the pressure gauge. When the pressure of the measured medium acts on the capsule, the free end will produce corresponding elastic deformation and then move. The shift mechanism is driven by a shift lever to enlarge. The pressure will be displayed on the dial of the display unit.
