Anti-vibration electric-contact pressure gauges

Magnetic-assisting electric contact pressure gauge is widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power industry, etc., to measure the pressure of the flow media which is non-explosive with no corrosive effect on the instrument parts. When used together with corresponding electrical devices, the instrument can automatically control the system and send warning or alarm. For shock resistant magnetic-assisting electric contact pressure gauge whose inner shell is filled with fluid , its design has not only improved the media impulse resistance performance, but also has extended its lifespan.

Structure Principle:

This gauge consists of measuring system, indicating device, magnetic-assisting electric contact device, outer shell, adjusting device and junction box (plug socket),etc. When the spring tube is under the pressure of the measured medium, corresponding elastic deformation-displacement is produced at the end of the spring pipe, and this elastic deformation-displacement is enlarged by the gear transmission of the rod, and the measuring value is indicated on the dial by the pointer fixed on the gear shaft .And at the same time, the pointer drives themovable contactor to contact with the setting pointer contactor,and the control system circuit is switched off or switched on, and automatical control and alarm or warning transmitting is approached.
