1. Installation

Verify range, accuracy and medium compatibility before installation, check thread size.

Mount vertically. Avoid heavy vibration; install siphon or shock absorber if needed.

Connect two tubes to respective media lines separately, do not mix up two pipelines. Apply sealant on threads to prevent leakage.

Tighten by the connector instead of rotating the gauge body. Do not pull the gauge forcibly.

Ambient temperature: -40℃～60℃. Keep away from heat source and corrosive vapor.

2. Maintenance

Regular inspection: check zero return, leakage and shell damage.

Clean dial only with dry soft cloth. Do not use strong acid/alkaline solvent on luminous coating, or luminous function will fail.

Install filter at inlet if medium contains impurities to protect internal movement.

For long-term storage, release pressure and drain medium, store in dry and dark place.

Periodic calibration: Class 2.5 recommended to calibrate once a year. Repair or replace if pointer stuck or reading drifts.

3. Prohibitions

Do not operate continuously over full range. Not for strong corrosive, viscous or crystallizing media.

Do not strike or knock the pressure gauge.
