Stainless steel pressure gauge is a corrosion-resistant pressure measuring instrument made of stainless steel material, mainly used in high temperature, strong corrosion, and high vibration environments in industrial fields such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, and power. Its structure includes a pressure guiding system, a gear transmission mechanism, a reading device, and a sealed housing. The main body is made of icr18Ni9T, Ocr18Ni12Mo2Ti, and 316 stainless steel materials.
The measuring range of this instrument covers -0.1 to 160MPa, with accuracy levels of ± 1.0%, ± 1.6%, and ± 2.5%. It supports detection of gas, liquid, and vapor media. The core components transmit pressure through elastic deformation, and shock resistant products use a shell filled with silicone oil or glycerin to cushion vibration, with protection levels ranging from IP54 to IP66. We provide various threaded interfaces such as M14 × 1.5 and G1/4, with a suitable temperature range of -40 ℃ to 70 ℃ (without liquid filling inside the shell) or -25 ℃ to 70 ℃ (with liquid filling inside the shell). During installation, the position of the pressure measuring point should be adjusted according to the phase state of the medium, and regular calibration and maintenance should be carried out to ensure measurement accuracy.
