Shockproof digital precision pressure gaugeworking principle
The pressure gauge is deformed by the elastic deformation of the sensitive components (Bourdon tube, bellows, bellows) in the watch, and then the pressure deformation is transmitted to the pointer by the conversion mechanism of the movement inside the watch, causing the pointer to rotate to display the pressure.
Quality requirements
1. The spring tube of a general pressure gauge is a tubular spring having a certain cross-sectional shape (usually having a flat circle and an approximately elliptical shape), bent into a "C" shape, and capable of satisfying certain elastic requirements. If the spring tube is too small, it will affect the accuracy level of the pressure gauge.
2. If the indication of the pressure gauge exceeds the allowable error, the indication adjustment screw of the watch should be adjusted. If the watch does not have the indication adjustment screw, the watch can only be judged as unqualified.
3. The dial gauge number and symbol of the pressure gauge should be complete and clear. The dial indexing scale should be evenly distributed, and the center angle of the package should be 270°. The pointer of the pressure gauge should extend into all the indexing lines, and the pointer indicating end width should be no more than 1/5 of the minimum indexing interval. The distance between the pointer and the plane of the indexing plate should be within the range of 1 to 3 mm, and the outer diameter of the case should be 200 mm or more (including 200 mm). The distance between the pointer and the indexing plate should be in the range of 2 to 4 mm.
4. Pressure gauge with stop pin, the pointer should be close to the stop pin when there is no pressure or vacuum, and the “reduction” should not exceed the regulations.
