A digital pressure gauge is an online measuring instrument designed with digital technology architecture and intelligent functions, used to measure and indicate pressure. It is widely used in various fields such as mechanical engineering, municipal fire protection, petrochemicals, water conservancy engineering, automotive industry, medical equipment, and research laboratories.
The digital pressure gauge adopts elastic sensitive components and piezoresistive or capacitive sensing technology, and signal processing is achieved through high-precision ADC and microprocessor. It has the characteristics of high precision, high stability, anti vibration, wide temperature range operation, and high protection level. It adopts digital LCD display, built-in battery power supply, supports RS485, Modbus and other output interfaces, can be connected to industrial control systems, and has functions such as data recording and intelligent alarm.
The digital pressure gauge, with its digital technology architecture and intelligent functional design, has become the core equipment to replace traditional mechanical pressure gauges. Its development trajectory reflects the profound transformation of industrial measurement technology from mechanization to digitization and intelligence.
The core pressure sensing unit of the digital pressure gauge adopts elastic sensitive elements based on the theory of elastic deformation; To convert mechanical displacement into quantifiable electrical signals, piezoresistive or capacitive sensing technology is used. The original electrical signal undergoes multi-stage conditioning circuit optimization and enters a high-precision ADC to complete analog-to-digital conversion; As a digital processing hub, microprocessors run specialized algorithms to achieve error compensation, unit conversion, and logic control.
Power supply: (AC 220V is converted into) the required DC voltage through a switch circuit, and then supplied to the required circuit through a voltage regulator circuit, or (24V) DC voltage is directly supplied to the required circuit through a voltage regulator circuit.
Signal section: The pressure of the measured medium is transmitted to the pressure sensing film of the sensor through the pressure interface. The sensor amplifies and converts the sensed electrical signal into V/A, and sends it to the CPU for processing, setting display numbers, controlling switch output, and providing analog or digital output to achieve the process of pressure display, control, and transmission.
