In order to help students establish a correct outlook on life, correctly plan their life goals and realize their life ideals, and at the same time, to better promote school-enterprise cooperation, Zhou Fanglong, Chairman of Hongqi Instrument Co., Ltd., was invited to give a unique speech to all the second-year high school students of Liushi Vocational and Technical School in Yueqing City. The theme of this speech was "Set sail with determination and have no regrets in youth."

At 2 p.m. on June 12, more than 800 high school students sat neatly on the second floor of the gymnasium of Liushi Vocational and Technical School in Yueqing City, discussing with Zhou Fanglong "how should young people set their goals" and "what kind of goals should young people set".

Zhou Fanglong shared his journey from his determination to study, to his determination to start a business, and then to his determination to give back to the society and do charity. It tells about how he studied hard in a difficult environment and lived up to his parents' expectations. At the age of 18, he was determined to start a business, from Zhengzhou, Henan to Nanchang, Jiangxi. Through unremitting efforts, he finally opened up a world of his own, from running business to founding the Hongqi Instrument Factory. He experienced natural disasters in the middle of the process, and the factory suffered heavy losses. Facing various difficulties and blows, he did not give up. In the end, with his unyielding fighting spirit and tenacious perseverance, Hongqi Instrument Co., Ltd. grew and developed in the wind and rain. Speaking of the emotional part, Zhou Fanglong and his classmates recited a passage from "Mencius": "When God is about to give a great task to a man, he must first make his heart and mind suffer, his muscles and bones tired, his body empty, and his actions disturbed, so as to move his heart and endure his nature, and increase his ability." It was this sentence that inspired him to strengthen his determination and ambition, and move forward unswervingly.

After the success of his business, Zhou Fanglong did not forget to give back to the society. He actively participated in public welfare undertakings. For example, he paired up with Shangshan Village in Longxi Township, sponsored poor students, and helped disabled employees. He also participated in the establishment of the Yueqing National Studies Research Association and served as its president, and was committed to promoting excellent traditional culture. He emphasized that China has a 5,000-year history of civilization. The excellent traditional Chinese culture is the wisdom and crystallization created by the working people of our country. Its rich connotation deeply nourishes us. He quoted Zhu Zi's Family Instructions: "Studying is for sages, not for success. Being an official is for the country, not for personal gain", as well as Wang Yangming's "Studying for sages" and Zhou Enlai's "Studying for the rise of China" and other famous sayings, explaining the importance of studying and setting goals. At the same time, he also cited role models such as Gao Fenglin, the welder of the rocket's "heart", and Wang Shujun, a Chinese master craftsman.

Mr. Zhou Fanglong also mentioned that in today's complex international situation, enterprises are affected by US sanctions and face many difficulties, but he encouraged students to set their goals under the mission given by the times. He played the video of President Wang Shuguo's speech on setting goals, calling on students to set high goals, make contributions to society, the nation, the country and even the entire human society, set true goals and go all out for them.

"Which do you think is more important for us secondary vocational students: morality, knowledge, or skills?" "What is the future development prospect of e-commerce majors?" "What kind of ambitions should we set when we are young?" In the interactive question-and-answer session, students actively asked questions about topics they were concerned about. Zhou Fanglong answered them in detail one by one. He said that young people should set great ambitions, and the most important ambition in life should be linked to the motherland and the people. This is the foundation of people's various ambitions and the backbone of life. Living in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, we young people should first align our life ambitions with the future of the country, the destiny of the nation, and the pulse of the times, and be determined to work hard to build a socialist modern power. The wonderful and detailed answers won warm applause from the audience.

After the theme presentation, Zhou Fanglong and his team went to the conference room on the eighth floor to have face-to-face exchanges with students from the Wisteria Literature Society and the Media Society. "What kind of capital should young people have to start a business safely?" "As teenagers, how should we work hard?" "How should we allocate our time after we start a family?" The students asked questions about the current efforts, future development, and cultural identity of secondary vocational students. With his profound knowledge and deep insights, Zhou Fanglong gave a comprehensive and in-depth answer from many aspects, including the cultivation of judgment, the shaping of ideals and beliefs, and the long-standing traditional culture.

Through this activity, we bring Chinese culture into the campus, not only allowing the seeds of ambition to take root in the hearts of students, but also allowing students to feel the charm of Chinese culture and the profoundness of Chinese traditional culture. Let the students be influenced by the Chinese culture like the spring breeze, constantly draw the spring of wisdom and the source of strength, and hope that the students can become talents of the new era who "have great ambitions, great virtues, great talents, and great responsibilities".
