YXC-100 Electric Contact Pressure Gauge

The Electric Contact Gauge is a device used to measure the gap or distance between two electrically conducting surfaces. It consists of two probes that are connected to an electronic circuit. When the probes are brought into contact with the two surfaces being measured, the circuit measures the resistance and calculates the distance between the surfaces.

The Electric Contact Gauge is commonly used in the automotive industry to measure the gap between the brake pads and the rotor. It is also used in the aerospace industry to measure the gap between the landing gear and the runway. In manufacturing, it is used to measure the gap between two metal parts that need to fit together precisely.

Structure
This gauge is made up of the measuring system,indicative setting,magnetic resistance electrio contact setting,outer case, adjusting setting and junction case.When the service medium pressure acted on flexibility parts and make it move,with the help of the stick,magnified by the gear setting,and the pointer point it out on the dial.When the active contact of the contact setting touch the contact of the pointer(up limit or down limit),so that control to open o close the switch of the electrocircuit of the system.and realize the auto-controlling and sending outalarm.When install the adjustable magnetism on the electric contact signal pointer of the elecric contact setting, the magnetism will be strengthened, and firm the touch of the contacts.and eliminate electrica sparkle,so that the frequent opening or closing of the contact caused by the environmental vibration or the pulsation of the medium will be avoided.So this gauge has the character of reliable operaton, long life and the great contact switch power.
