Multi-round precision calibration (more cycles than Class 2.5) Calibrate on deadweight tester at multiple points: 0,25%,50%,75%,100% full scale, both ascending and descending pressure. Adjust repeatedly until indication error meets ±1.6%FS. Meanwhile test contact repeatability and record switching error.

Sealing & case assembly Fit window, sealing gasket and housing, seal tightly. Conduct air leakage test for whole gauge.
