Working principle and main types
1. Temperature pressure integrated meter: composed of independent temperature sensing elements and pressure sensing elements, driven by the principles of thermal expansion or elastic deformation to display the temperature and pressure values of the medium on the same dial or dual dials. ‌‌
2. Pressure type thermometer: based on the characteristics of the saturated vapor pressure of the working medium (gas, liquid or steam) in a closed temperature measurement system changing with temperature. ‌
Working medium: It can be divided into gas filled type (such as nitrogen, with an upper limit of up to 500 ℃), liquid filled type (such as xylene, -40 ℃~200 ℃), and steam filled type. ‌
Structural composition: It mainly consists of three parts: temperature bulb, capillary tube, and spring tube pressure gauge. The temperature bulb senses temperature changes and causes internal pressure changes, which are transmitted through the capillary tube to the elastic element to drive the pointer. ‌‌
3. Ordinary pressure gauge: Based on atmospheric pressure, it uses elastic sensing elements (such as Bourdon tubes) to indicate the magnitude of pressure through elastic deformation under pressure, and is often used in conjunction with thermometers. ‌‌‌
