Pressure Measuring Instrument

Pressure gauges can indicate and record pressure values and can be attached to alarm or control devices. The pressure measured by the instrument includes absolute pressure, atmospheric pressure, positive pressure (conventionally called gauge pressure), negative pressure (conventionally called vacuum) and differential pressure. In engineering, most of the measured pressure is tabular. The international unit of pressure is pa, other units are: engineering atmosphere, bar, millimeter water column, millimeter mercury column and so on.

Pressure is an important parameter in industrial production. If the pressure of the pressure vessel exceeds the rating, it is unsafe and must be measured and controlled. In some industrial processes, pressure also directly affects product quality and production efficiency. For example, in the production of synthetic ammonia, nitrogen and hydrogen must be synthesized not only under a certain pressure, but also the pressure directly affects the yield. In addition, temperature, flow rate and liquid level can be obtained indirectly by measuring pressure under certain conditions.
