The shock pressure gauge is briefly introduced

       The shock pressure gauge, which is based on the normal pressure gauge, is filled with damping fluid and equipped with the buffer mechanism to reduce the impact of the vibration of the environment and the pulse of the medium. Are widely used in machinery, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, mining, electricity and other departments, intense vibration measurement environment places can be tolerated in the medium of pulsation, impact and sudden unloading condition of medium pressure.

       The shell is a gas-tight structure which can effectively protect the internal machine parts from environmental impact and filth intrusion. The shock pressure gauge is filled with the instrument of the damping fluid (usually silicon oil or glycerin) in the shell, which can resist the vibration of the working environment and reduce the fluctuation of the pressure of the medium.

Installation considerations

1. The instrument using the environment temperature for - 40 ~ 70 ℃, relative humidity is not more than 80%, such as deviated from its normal use 20 + 5 ℃ temperature, temperature must be included in the additional error.

2. The instrument must be installed vertically to keep the same level with the test point, such as the additional error caused by the deviation of the deviation in the liquid column, the measurement of the gas may not be considered. When installing, the rear of the case will be blocked by explosion, so as not to affect the explosion-proof property.

3. The measuring range of the normal use of the instrument: no more than 3/4 of the measurement limit under static pressure, and no more than 2/3 of the measurement upper limit shall be exceeded in the fluctuation. Under the above two pressure conditions, the maximum pressure gauge should not be lower than 1/3 of the lower limit, and the vacuum should be used in full.

4. In case of failure of instrument pointer failure or loose internal machine parts, failure of normal work, etc., repair or contact with the manufacturer for maintenance.

5. The instrument should avoid vibration and collision to avoid damage.
